We are looking for a skilled person to implement recruitment and selection processes at the company. Being responsible for talent acquisition process, developing job descriptions, implementing strategies to attract talent, improving the onboarding processes, and nurturing a positive work environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build proactive and innovative strategies to source and attract talent
  • Develop valuable relationships with managers to understand and meet business needs
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for different projects
  • Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online posting, etc.
  • Understand how to source, attract, and recruit passive technology candidates
  • Deliver consistently positive candidate experience
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
  • Work experience in talent acquisition, people/talent manager or similar roles
  • Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Proficiency in English

  • Previous experience working in IT companies
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
