ROLE DESCRIPTION - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design pixel-perfect user interfaces and optimize the handover process to the development team
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate on design solutions.
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree (or training) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficient in Figma, incl. interactive prototyping, auto-layout, variants, variables, dev mode, and tokenizing.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of After Effects or similar.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
